      In a sauce pan combine, cocoa, cornstarch, sugar. Blend well. Now add milk, cream, . Cook over medium heat till thick. Remove from heat, add the chocolate chips butter and vanilla. Mix till all chocolate chips are melted and blended well.

      Pour into molds and freeze.

      Really fudge-y. My husband, who's critical of frozen treats, really liked it. Loaded with calories, so not really good for health-conscious adults, but nice treat for kids.

      I made these with my tupperware molds as it's been so hot here and we are trying to stay cool and these help to cool down our innards! They are really fantastic flavored and so refreshing when it's hot, but I'm sure they are good anytime the mood strikes. Just run the bottom of the mold under hot water for a minute for easy removal of the pops!

      My DS's thought these were super! Tasted just like fudgesicles. For some reason I had a horrible time removing these from the molds, I don't remember having that problem before.
