    Ingredients:

    Servings:

    Units: US | Metric

    Directions:

    1. 1
      peel potatoes.
    2. 2
      boil in salted water for about 15 minutes just until potatoes are cooked on outside but still stiff.
    3. 3
      drain on paper towels.
    4. 4
      cut into slices with serated knife.
    5. 5
      deep fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
    6. 6
      drain on paper towels.
    7. 7
      add salt.

      The family loved these. Although fried, it didn't taste oily at all. Easy to make and with excellent results. It took longer than expected for fries to brown and crisp up, but worth the while nonetheless! (Remember to use/pick potatoes of similar size so that they cook evenly while boiling.) Thanks for posting!

      Yummy fries with no leftovers. I followed the recipe as written except didn't peel the potatoes. We all reallyenjoyed these fries, thank you larak
