A very yummy classic "French" dressing. I found it a little too thick so I added 1/4 cup of water. I also added a dash of hot sauce.
This dressing is super simple to make, but the taste is anything but. Love the tang it leaves at the back of your tongue. I poured some on a bowl of chopped romaine and sprinkled with pecans, bacon bits and fresh ground black pepper. What a treat this is. Thanks Adrienne. Made for Auzzie/NZ Recipe Swap #25
