- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons rum or 2 tablespoons rye whiskey or 2 tablespoons brandy
- 3 cups milk or 3 cups cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄4 cup sugar or 1⁄4 cup honey
- Combine eggs, milk, sugar, rum and vanilla in blender or food processor. Blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Serve in a chilled glass, topped with a dash of nutmeg.
