Very easy and much healthier (and CHEAPER than McD's). I used Canadian Bacon. I will try this with some cheese next time. Made for Fall 2011 PAC game.


  1. Split and toast the muffins.
  2. Dry fry the eggs and bacon in a non-stick pan.
  3. Place between the muffins and serve with salt and pepper.
