ok...I'm not rating this on taste at all cause I modified it for low salt, added just the dry onions that someone said they did and a touch of salt and lots of pepper. (they tasted ok but low salt is low salt!) I made one recipe in the size pan stated but found the burgers to be way to thick, the second recipe I made in an 13 x 18 in. pan and they were alot better for me...better bread to meat ratio. I tried the onions on the bottom of the pan as someone tried in another review but found when you are spreading the meat they just get mushed to the edges so I took the onion & spread it on top, that turned out really good. For me as I do have White Castle down the road and know the taste well...the buns I used I had to cut some of the bun off so it was thinner to give it a better bun to meat ratio. Oh and the juice that you get when your baking? DON'T SOP IT UP.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Over 2400 in sodium! That's nearly 2 days worth. Knorr makes sodium free/msg free bouillion; for those of us who watch sodium and can't have msg!people found this review Helpful.
