Terrible recipe. When I made the batter it had the consistency of water. It spilled all over the basket in my deep fryer. BTW took an hour to clean.
The batter for this recipe melts in your mouth, it's so good! We liked it more than many restaurant versions :)

I just had a craving for chicken balls and tried this recipe. It tastes just like takeout chicken balls! I let them brown well to make sure the batter was thoroughly cooked (the first few weren't quite done, so I put them back in and they were fine). I also used cubes of cooked turkey that I had in my freezer (I'm not sure if raw chicken would cook fast enough? They were just terrific!
