Make and share this Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur recipe from Food.com.
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups Irish whiskey (Canadian Club works too)
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Blend until mixed well, serve cold.
- Stores up to two weeks in the refrigerator, but it's never lasted that long.
This is pretty good. Not super sweet like some I've had. Easy to make. My husband didn't like it that much and he's the Bailey's fiend in our household. I used it in Strawberry and Bailey's Fool Strawberry and Bailey's Fool Zaar World Tour 05
