ingredients

• 14.79 ml ground cinnamon
• 4.92 ml ground nutmeg
• 4.92 ml allspice
• 2.46 ml ground cloves
• 0.25 ml cardamom (optional)

directions

1. Place all ingredients in small, sealable container and mix together. Use as directed in recipes that call for apple pie spice.
2. Store in a dry place, up to 6 months.
