This is from the Thursday magazine. This is a great snack, good for your health and a zillion times more healthier than chips and biscuits or cheese sandwiches that one tends to go in for at snack time. Enjoy these and stay fit!
- Soak soy beans overnight in water.
- Drain and rinse the following morning.
- Allow to dry.
- Roast them until brown and crisp.
- Munch on these roasted soybeans rather than chips when in mood for a crunchy snack!
this sounds good, and I have a bag of dried soy beans that I don't know what to do with, but why isnt there any guidance on how long to roast?
