  • In a large heavy frying pan sauté vermicelli until golden brown.
  • Add spices and sauté another minute.
  • Add rice, chicken broth, ground chicken.
  • Bring to boil,.
  • Cover and reduce heat to a low simmer.
  • Cook until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. (15 – 20 minutes).
  • Stir in milk.
  • Let stand about 2 minutes.
  • Serve with vegetables.
