- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Cook in oil in covered skillet, turning often about 5 minutes.

Can't go wrong with this recipe.I've yet to meet a person who will turn these spuds down.
This is cooking 101...very basic and simple. This is one of the first things I learned to fix growing up. We didn't chop or cube the onions & potatoes, everything was sliced. Awesome with Fried Pork Chops or Cutlets and Cream Pan Gravy. YUMMMM!!
