Yummy avacado concoction that my late father invented. (We're hispanic so we know good guacamole!)


  1. Halve the avacados, remove the pit, then scoop out the insides with a spoon. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Mash the avacado with a fork.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
