A tasty salad which is well received on a hot day. Cooking time is actually time to allow to chill in refrigerator.
- 1 (7 ounce) can tuna, packed in water,drained
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 sweet red pepper, sliced
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 hard-boiled egg, diced
- 3⁄4 cup green beans, cooked
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- Combine all ingredients.
- Let chill in refrigerator before serving.
