I love this because it is quick and easy and takes care of the pizza cravings.
- 1 8-inch low-carb whole wheat tortilla
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 3 slices cooked bacon
- Cook in 350F oven for 10 minutes.
This was really great pizzaâ€¦ especially since I love thin crust. I added pepperoni instead of bacon and my own spices for an incredible taste. It was quick and simple to make. Next time I'll use mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar for an even more delicious taste. Even my husband liked it. This will definitely be a repeat snack/meal for both of us. Btw... I use LaTortilla Factory lowcarb tortillas. They only have 3 carbs each. If you can't find them in stores, which I can't, you can order them online at most low carb food sites.
