- 453.59 g can green beans (drained )
- 340.19 g can white shoepeg corn (drained)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)
- 236.59 ml sour cream
- 304.75 g can cream of celery soup
- 473.18 ml cheddar cheese (grated)
- 354.88 ml Ritz cracker crumbs
- 78.78 ml butter (melted)
directions
- Combine all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
