      Yum!!!, This recipe has already been placed in my favorites file. This is one delicious little treat that needs to be on the Christmas dainty tray. Who would have known that five little ingredients could taste so good. Gerry, I can see why this would be one of your favorites. I did roll the dough into balls and placed a cherry on top, also brushing the egg white over top with a sprinkle of a variety of sugars. Thanks Gerry for a new favorite.

      Wow! what good cookies these were, they went quite quick as my grandkids just loved them. You can't just have one with a cuppa. here in the UK you can buy tins of butter biscuits and they taste just like these, but I won't buy them again, I rolled them up in to a long sausage and chilled them, then sliced them up dipped them in egg white and then in caster sugar and baked . Next time I will use my cookie press and try some fancy shapes, I might even give them for gifts at christmas in wee bag's tied with a nice ribbon. Thank's for a really nice cookie recipe.
