I've changed and played with this recipe for a couple of years now.. here is my end result!
- 3 cups sugar
- 15 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 quart whipped cream, whipped
- 1 quart milk
- Whip sugar, eggs, and milk together on high for 15 minutes.
- Heat to 140 degrees on stove.
- Cool and add spices and whipped cream.
- Beat until well blended and foamy.
- Can be served warm or place in fridge and serve later cold.
