Holiday Rum Punch

Ingredients:

Yield: 8 cups

• 4 cups schweppes diet ginger ale (or equivalent product)
• 4 cups grapefruit-mango juice
• 2 2⁄3; tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed
• 4 fluid ounces rum , white preferred,80 proof
• 2 limes
• 1 small red grapefruit , sliced
• 1 orange , sliced

Directions:

1. Combine ginger ale, juice, concentrate, rum and juice of 1 lime.
2. Slice remaining lime.
3. Garnish punch with sliced lime, grapefruit and orange.

Fantastic punch, might just be the best ever! Really flavorful! I did use ginger beer though, which made it more gingery, of course. Also doubled the rum.
