Rum filled cookies (adults only) lol--!
- 709.77 ml crushed vanilla wafers
- 236.59 ml powdered sugar
- 29.58 ml cocoa
- 29.58 ml white Karo
- 236.59 ml ground pecans
- 118.29 ml rum or 118.29 ml Bourbon
- Mix all ingredients together. Form into small balls, roll in extra powdered sugar. Place in metal container lined with wax paper to 'season' (ferment) for several days.
- Serve during holiday season!
Extremely easy to make and very delicious! I used white rum, plus I coated them in granulated sugar instead of the powdered sugar. They were the hit at all of my get togethers. Thanks for posting!
