ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4.92 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 118.29 ml breadcrumbs
- 29.58 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 29.58-59.16 ml Worcestershire sauce

Glaze Ingredients
- 78.78 ml ketchup
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 29.58 ml balsamic vinegar
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute onion with garlic until just soft. Remove from the heat and cool.
- Mix them with all other main ingredients. Shape into a loaf and transfer into a baking dish.
- Mix all glaze ingredients and keep aside.
- Bake meatloaf for 50 minutes.
- Pour the glaze mix over it and bake for 1 more minutes.
- Let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut and serve.

I became a vegetarian a couple of years ago. My husband is a big meat eater so we try to find dishes that can be created with or without meat.
