"This very easy to make flavored butter is simply wonderful on toast, muffins buns, anything you would put butter or jam on. I know you will love it when you taste it. It even smells heavenly. Also makes a great gift, or as an addition to any family Christmas gathering."

  1. Photo may be seen here in the Savor gallery (as Honey Cranberry Butter): www.annacia.com. This is an excellent compound butter that will be appreciated at any time of the year. I made to compliment this year's Easter ham. Used a small splash of orange juice in place of the zest and chopped fresh cranberries in place of the ask for dried. Made for Pick A Chef, Spring 2013.

  2. Just excellent! I made this with I can't believe it's not butter and brown sugar, since we don't have unflavored honey in the house. I tried 2 small batches - one with dried and the other with fresh cranberries. Both were indescribably delicious, but I think I preferred the fresh. It was great on toast, but even better on english muffins. I am sure there are a ton of other applications as well. I can see why this has been running for several years now in the best of the year game!

  3. Outstanding flavored butter! I whipped the butter and honey together (Tillamook butter, local wildflower honey, Oregon grown organic dried cranberries) then added the remaining ingredients. Super quick, easy and delicious! Try the butter with this!: Recipe #504660. Made for Best of 2014.

  4. Wow! Made this using fresh cranberries I chopped in the food processor. I look forward to trying it on something besides Kings Hawaiian rolls ;)

  5. No need to wait for a holiday, this is so easy and so pretty plus tastes great. Couldn't ask for more, served on DH's breakfast toast. Made for Spring PAC 2014
