- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin
- 1 (1 lb) carton small curd cottage cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
directions
- Stir gelatin into cottage cheese.
- Add pineapple and whipped cream; mix well.
- Chill until ready to serve.
