Holiday Cheese Ball

"Terrific with Ritz crackers. This freezes well, too."

 

• Ready In: 20mins
• Ingredients: 3
• Yields: 3 balls

ingredients

• 5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 lb bacon, chopped and fried until crisp
• 3 green onions, chopped

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Shape into 3 balls.
3. Wrap each in plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate.
5. (May be frozen).

This was a great hit at my last party. I kept running out and having to put the other 2 cheeseballs out. Everyone loved this, and I had to quickly print out several copies to pass out to my partygoers. We have a birthday party coming up next month and this has already been requested. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful and easy recipe.
