  1. OMG! Excellent. I didn't grow up eating fish but I'm trying to learn to appreciate it. Not a fan of salmon or tuna but, so far Sea Bass is a hit with me. New, easy ways to cook sea bass is always exciting. This was easy and VERY tasty without taking from the lightness of the fish. I broiled it a little longer on each side (8-10 min or just long enough for the edges to crisp up and turn dark) and used stir fry oil. Will make again.

  2. Tummy. Used a fillet but sliced it before broiling. Glazed individual servings. Big hit tonight!

  3. Excellent! I used farm raised salmon and I had a mishap on the grill as part of it fell between the grates (no fault of the recipe, it is just an explanation for the photograph). The flavor was a great enhancement to the salmon! Thanks for posting! Made for the Diabetic Forum's Pool Party tag.

  4. I was skeptical of the teaspoon of sesame oil as it is so strong, but the glaze came out perfectly! The 5 min. per side on the grill made the Bass fantastic! Thanks for posting.

  5. We loved this salmon, I grilled in the oven and didnt turn the salmon, it cooked for about 8-10 minutes. Flavours are divine, thanks for sharing.
