Perfect with Vietnamese and Thai food, especially rice paper and spring rolls.
- 2 teaspoons caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 60 ml water
- 60 ml hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon crushed roasted peanuts
- Combine sugar, water and vinegar in a small saucepan.
- Stir over a medium heat until sugar disolves.
- Stir in peanuts and hoisin sauce.
