  1. Very good. Great for summer. I would say that the recipe makes twice as much if you are serving it as a side.
     
  2. This was a good tzatziki sauce. I'm used to some garlic flavor and usually grated cucumbers, but this was a good recipe. I used an english cucumber so did not need to peel. Served with recipe #288061 and recipe #288407 Reviewed for PAC 2008.
