    • 1 cup rice (Himalayan Red, well rinsed)
    • 2 cups water (or broth)
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Directions:

      place rice, water, and salt in pot and bring to a boil.

      Stir, reduce heat to low, and cover.

      Cook 35 minutes.

      Perfect! I got a sack of this rice, which I didn't know existed, in a 'zaar swap. No instructions were on the bag, so I went about learning things about it.
