- 6 ounces Greek yogurt, vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk until combined and of pancake batter consistency.
- Bake on lightly greased griddle.
- Turn when edges look dry.
