I needed something tasty as a snack that fitted into my current diet regime, so I have played around and come up with the following.

These cookies were great! I made a couple of adjustments by adding chocolate chips and a dash of vanilla. I also used coconut oil. The cookies turned out nice and soft and had great flavor. Will definitely come back to this recipe again!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Add dry ingrediants together mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl add wet ingrediants and mix well.
  3. Combine bowls and mix together.
  4. Place teaspoons of mixture on baking tray (greased or lined).
  5. Bake 180C for 10 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool.
