A high protein smoothie

- 3⁄4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄3 cup firm silken tofu
- 1⁄4 cup nonfat protein powder
- 3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1⁄2 cups ice cubes
- Combine blueberries,milk,tofu,Splenda and Vanilla in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice and blend well.
When at all possible I like to leave out ice cubes when I make smoothies, & I did that here, as well! And although you didn't indicate it one way or the other, I did use frozen blueberries, & they gave the smoothie a very satisfying, chilly frost!
