- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1⁄4 cup molasses

- 1⁄4 cup Fiber One cereal (or any high fibre cereal)
- 1 1⁄2 cups wheat bran
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon clove
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
