They're pretty good. No artificial sweeteners either, I don't believe in fake sugar.

  1. Mash the bananas until they're sloppy. Don't mind occasional lumps, it adds interest.
  2. Put oatmeal in a blender and blend until fine.
  3. Add egg to banana and beat until incorporated. Mix in oat flour. Mix in chocolate chips.
  4. Bake in a moderately hot oven for at least 10 minutes.

These were ok. They were a pretty low fat option. Made for PAC 2009.
