      These are surprisingly good, but are hard to flip because they are delicate. If you have the temp at just the right level they'll puff up well. Amileah is right, tastes like a mix between pancakes and french toast.

      I will definatly make these again, they are a nice change from eating eggs in phase 1, I used cream cheese, and I would describe these as tasting like a mix between french toast and a pancake. ;o)

      Bless you! I'm just starting South Beach (forgive me Dr. Atkins - I miss beans and lentils!) ... and this is a life-saver. I reduced the baking powder to a pinch or two - just plenty of leavening with that and the eggs. Thank you for posting this!
