I gave this only two stars because of the difficult nature of interpreting the recipe.<br/>This recipe sounds really good, however, I tried to convert it to us measurements which made on sense and I don't know what I would use to measure a ml. Does someone know how to convert this so that people like me can try it. Also is this just one serving, as the calories are figured as one which is really high!!!! Thanks
     
  2. This was an excellent salad that stood up to a few days in the fridge as well. The only changes I made were to cube the cheese instead of grating, I used a red bell pepper (better color and good sweet taste) and I used spinach and romain. Butterhead was $5 a head, yikes! The next time I make it I will grate the carrots and wait to add the lettuce and spinach until I'm ready to serve. Otherwise the greens get a little wilty but not bad. I used this salad to take with me to work for lunches and it was great. Very yummy, filling and healthy!
