A Healthy low fat muffin

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups all-bran cereal
  • 2 12 cups water
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 18 ounces fat-free orange cranberry muffin mix


  1. Soak cereal in the water for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the baking powder and muffin mix and stir well to blend. Mixture will be thick.
  3. Spoon into muffin pans sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake according to package directions, adding about 2 minutes to baking time.
