These muffins have quite a lot of flavour and are very good as long as you don't expect them to be sweet. The banana and raisins do give them a touch of sweetness, however. For those who desire more sweetness, honey would be a good addition. Made for PAC Fall '08

This is a great receipe for getting some added fibre in your diet. I ate them as my mid -morning snack for a week and froze the rest and they were filling and delicious! I added cranberries, and fresh blueberries which helped to add some sweetness. I also added a touch of honey.

These are super tasty. I had them with peanut butter melted on top. They're definetley not bland though, you can taste the cinnamon and nutmeg. :) Definetely will make again.

This is a great recipe for anyone on Weight Watchers. They are very tasty (add some Splenda for sweeter muffins) and you can subsitute pumpkin for the banana. Really a filling treat, and no fat, no sugar! They freeze well, too.

Without ANY added sugar, these muffins tasted VERY bland. They almost tasted like there was too much baking powder in them. If I make them again, I will add honey.
