This makes a yummy drink! Adapted from a home remedy site. Enjoy!
- 1 cup diced sweet papaya (very soft on outside)
- 1⁄2 banana
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Place all ingredients in blender.
- Blend till smooth.
- Pour into glass and serve. Enjoy!
Loved this, Sharon! And enjoyed re-discovering nutritional yeast, which I used to use regularly but had slipped out of the habit of using. So it's now firmly back on my list of must use regularly ingredients: thank you. Because papaya and mangoes are not in season right now, I had to settle for using canned mangoes: still made for a delicious drink! I'm really looking forward to making this in summer.
