A pleasant post work out drink, my son likes it too as a milkshake.
- 1⁄2 pint skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup skim milk powder
- 2 egg whites
- 1⁄4 banana, chopped (I always throw in a whole one)
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend!
- You can of course use just about any fruit& flavoured low fat yogurt that you like.
