Hickory Pork Loin and Beans

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 1 (4 lb) pork loin
• 6 ounces bacon , sliced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 medium onions , sliced
• 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
• 1 tablespoon hickory smoke salt
• 1 tablespoon lemon pepper
• 1 medium red bell pepper , chopped
• 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
• 2 (15 ½ ounce) cans kidney beans
• 1 (15 ½ ounce) can lima beans
• 1 (15 ½ ounce) can butter beans
• 1 (15 ½ ounce) can great northern beans
• 1 tablespoon garlic , minced
• 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer
• 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions:

1. Slice onions and cook bacon.
2. Combine all items in the pressure cooker.
3. Cook on high until steaming regularly, turn down, and let cook 20 minutes.
