    Cookgirl's Note:

From a local source. The original recipe is much more elaborate involving fresh lemongrass and steaming fresh rose petals. I made it easier for myself by substituting rose water and tubed lemongrass puree. Please feel free to adjust the proportions to your liking.

Delicious! I didn't have lemongrass puree so made lemongrass tea along with the hibiscus. Thanks! Made by a Looney Spoon Phoodie for ZWT#6.

Fantastic beverage! I happened to have everything on hand except the lemongrass puree, so I used dried lemongrass which I brewed with the hibiscus tea. The addition of rose water is just perfect! Thanks for posting. Made for ZWT6 Asia.
