I'm not really a tea drinker but for some reason had some hibiscus tea bags in the cupboard. I made this to go with a salad for lunch. Very refreshing & most enjoyed.

This is a great thirst quencher. I like the addition of cranberry juice, which adds a tart element that is needed.

This was such a summer treat! I didn't have the tea bags, but did have dried hibiscus flowers, so used that. I used cranberry juice cocktail and added about 4 tbls. of sugar. Thank you Rita!
