FOR THE DRINK
- 42.52 g vodka
- 14.17 g Cointreau liqueur
- 28.34 g hibiscus syrup (recipe below)
- 28.34 g pineapple juice
- 28.34 g hand-pressed key lime juice
- 118.29 ml pineapple, fresh (5 chunks,muddled)

FOR THE HIBISCUS SYRUP
- 236.59 ml water
- 236.59 ml sugar
- 177.44 ml fresh edible flower, dried (AKA Hibiscus or Jamaica flowers)
directions
- Mix all ingredients together and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with three key lime wheels.

HIBISCUS SYRUP:
- Heat water and sugar in a small pot until sugar has melted. Remove from heat, add hibiscus and steep for 10 minutes. Remove hibiscus and cool.
