The original recipe calls for tarragon sprigs, which doesn't sound at all pleasant to me! -------------------- NOTE: The cooler can be prepared (without the ginger ale) and refrigerated up to 6 hours in advance. Add the ginger ale just before serving.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups sugar-free ginger ale
  • 1 cup hibiscus tea (prepared and cooled ~ such as Red Zinger)
  • 12 cup rum (optional ~ or substitute vodka)
  • 12 peach (very ripe ~ sliced)
  • fresh mint sprig (optional ~ for garnish)

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the ginger ale, cooled tea, peach slices, and rum or vodka (if using).
  2. Serve over ice.
  3. Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
  4. NOTE: The cooler can be prepared (without the ginger ale) and refrigerated up to 6 hours in advance. Add the ginger ale just before serving.
