  • 34 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
  • 2 ounces lean chicken, cooked, chopped (skinless)
  • 12 tablespoon hot sauce (Frank's RedHot)
  • 1 teaspoon blue cheese dressing, light
  • 12 teaspoon parmesan cheese, reduced fat

Directions

  1. Spray large microwave safe mug with nonstick spray.
  2. Add egg beaters and onion. Microwave 1-1/2 minute.
  3. Gently stir in chicken. Microwave 1 mini.
  4. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese and parmesan.
