I'd like to dedicate this to all men (or women) named Herb. No, this didn't come from anyone with that name. Curry powder, chili sauce and lots of herbs add a punch of power to regular butter. This is good served with any type of beef or with crackers and bread... or pizza, vitamins, duvet covers and Kenmore washers. (What?) This afternoon, we slathered it on fresh from the oven Scallion Biscuits and, for our sins, I'm pretty sure we're going straight to hell. *lol*

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. It should be used within a week and kept refrigerated, or you can freeze it and saw off a hunk when needed.
