This came out great. I didn't have any savory or sage in the house so subbed tarragon and oregano (since I saw those in other Herbes De Provence recipes).
I always like to make up my own spice mixes. I made this up to use in a chicken recipe. It imparted lots of great flavors. Thanks!
I'm not sure what herbes de provence are supposed to taste like but I did enjoy having this recipe.

I made up the mixture to specifically use in French Tomato Mustard Pie. I was a scant teaspoon short of marjoram but they tasted as wonderful on the pie as they will in any other dish that calls for this. TFS, I have a supply that will last me quite a while.
