You're right. This is very easy to make. I couldn't find butterfish, so I used fresh true cod. The dish was very tasty. My husband and I both enjoyed it. I will make this again.

I was happily surprised to find a recipe for butterfish!
I heated the frying pan, drizzled a bit of olive oil, and tossed some asparagus spears (stems went in first, until half cooked, then I added the tips). I then removed these and proceeded with the original fish recipe.
I would definitely make this again.
