Herbed Turkey & Zucchini Skillet Dish

  1. Melt margarine in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in lemon juice, garlic, basil and oregano.
  3. Add turkey slices.
  4. Cook 1 to 1/2 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
  5. Remove turkey from skillet; keep warm.
  6. Add mushrooms, zucchini and onions to same skillet; cook and stir over medium-high heat until zucchini is crisp-tender.
  7. Arrange vegetables and turkey on large serving platter.

This was very tasty. I used turkey tenderloin cut into 1" pieces. I would probably add more of the spices/seasonings next time. Thank you!
