This was so quick and easy. The patties held together well on the grill. My husband and I liked the flavor that the dijon mustard and worcestershire sauce gave the burgers. Very tasty and much leaner than beef. Thank-you ChrisMc.

Oh boy, loved these. I used cilantro instead of parsley, and subbed in 1/4 c rolled oats for part of the breadcrumbs. Other than that, stuck to it exactly, and I'm super pleased (and so is my husband). I turned these into stuffed burgers by slipping a tablespoon of meow!'s "GREAT Garlic Spread #38034" between two thin patties and sealing it up before grilling. Served them on DotM's "Bread Maker Hamburger Buns #89932". Heaven. Thanks for posting!

Good flavor, but hated mushy texture.

Tastetacular! Hubby and I really enjoyed these. The only thing I did different is add mozzarella cheese to the mix. I topped with pepperjack cheese and served on wheat buns. I served with oven baked fries. Num num num!

My dad is a big, "don't even try to trick me into eating something that is healthy." This caught him off guard. I could see the hesitation in his face when I told him what they were made out of. I gave him those daughter eyes and asked that he just try it. He did and he loved it. He had tried them before but they were never this moist or full of flavor. I've made them three times, each time a winner

This was not enjoyed by any of us. It lacked flavor and I can't put my finger on what it was lacking specifically to make an improvement. I will continue to search for a good turkey burger recipe as this one is not 'it'.

Delicious as is! Moist and flavorful. I only had 3/4 lb of turkey, so I used a little less onion and breadcrumbs, and halved the oregano. It was looking stormy here, so I cooked them up in a nonstick pan and they were delicious! Thanks!

I thought these were fabulous, had a great flavor. The kids wolfed them down as well. Tom thought they had a weird texture and maybe wanted to do a filler (like crackers or something) to see if that helped. He's a beef guy though, so I'm going to ignore him and give it 4 stars... very tasty!

These came together really quickly. We ran out of Worchestershire, so I threw in some A-1 into the mix. Also whipped up some garlic mayo to put on them, plus cheddar cheese. Kids and hubby approved! Thanks for posting!

I made these last night. I used an entire egg, and 1/2 an onion. They turned out moist (not dry!) and smelled amazing while they were cooking. I ended up with 6 decent sized patties, but I might have started with more than one pound of turkey. YUMMY! Thanks for sharing.

These turkey burgers are delicious! They turned out very moist and flavorful. I used less breadcrumbs and oregano to suit my taste and they still held together very well. My whole family enjoyed them. Thanks for posting.
